Sub-processors

These are the providers to which we entrust processing of data in providing Pintle TMS. The list is part of the Data Processing Agreement. We notify customers of a change at least 30 days in advance. Version: 2026-10-20.1.

2. Services the customer connects, and public sources
Tracking systems (for example Frotcom, Wialon) that the customer connects with its own credentials are not our sub-processors: they work for the customer and we receive the data from them on the customer’s instruction. The credentials are stored encrypted.
Google (Google Ireland Limited) is not our sub-processor when you choose “Continue with Google”: it is an independent controller of your Google profile, and we receive from it only an identifier, e-mail and name.
The VAT number check uses the European Commission’s public VIES service; only the number being checked is sent.
Routes are calculated by our own server (with OpenStreetMap open data) and are not sent to third parties.
