The invoice goes to your customer in your company's name
From the invoice page, one click sends the PDF to the customer together with the transport's documents. The mail comes from an address of your company, and the customer's reply comes straight to you.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Pintle TMS for?
Small and mid-sized transport companies in Bulgaria and the EU, from a few trucks to large fleets. It is designed around the work of the owner, the dispatcher, the accountant and the driver.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You start for free and upgrade when the fleet or the team outgrows the plan. Prices and limits of every plan are below.
How is the subscription paid?
By invoice and bank transfer, for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months ahead, with a discount for a longer term. The plan starts as soon as the payment arrives. Prices are without VAT.
Do drivers have to install an app?
Yes. Drivers work with the Android app: they sign in with the number the company registered and a code sent by SMS, no password. Colleagues in the office work in the browser or in the app.
Which devices does it run on?
In a browser on a computer or a phone, as an Android app (installed from a file; iOS and Google Play are coming) and as a desktop app for Windows, Linux and macOS.
Does it work for invoices to EU customers?
Yes. The system suggests a VAT treatment from the buyer's country and applies reverse charge only after the VAT number is confirmed in VIES. Checking the VAT treatment remains your responsibility.
Can my customers follow the cargo?
Yes, with a link to the course: status and history, stops and documents (CMR and others). No account, no prices and no driver details.
Who sees my company's data?
Only the people in your team, by their role. Each company's data is kept apart from the others, and actions are recorded in a history.
