Invoicing for haulage companies, from the delivered course to the money
In a carrier's business the invoice waits for a signed CMR. Pintle TMS watches for it: when the delivery is confirmed and the documents are in, the course is ready to be invoiced, and the invoice goes out in a few clicks.
The invoice from the course
The invoice is prepared from the delivered course with the customer's details, the price and the right VAT treatment, including the reverse charge and the zero rate for the customer's country.
Sent in your company's name
The customer gets the invoice from an address of your company with the CMR and the other documents attached, or with a download link when they are too big for one mail. You get a copy.
In the language of the buyer
The mail to the customer is written in the language of the buyer's country: 29 languages, with the subject, the text, the dates and the amounts.
Receivables and reminders
You see what is paid, what is due and what is overdue, per customer and per currency. Credit notes, partial credits and reminders to customers are part of it.
